The end of 2014

December 16, 2014

2014 is almost at it’s end, and I’m thinking of all the things that happened this year – it’s actually been a crazy year, but also a good one. It feels like someone made time run faster. I can’t believe we’re already almost at Christmas!

This year, I finished the long-time project of Ysera. I took her to two cons – SVScon and Koyocon. At SVScon, I participated in both the Showcase and the Cosplay Show, and in Showcase, I won Best Look-a-like! At Koyocon, I participated in the show together with Michelle Louring, my cosplay partner, and we won Best Craftmanship!

This year, I also finished a Jaina Proudmoore cosplay, a self-designed Cubone cosplay, Supergirl and a Wonder Woman cosplay for my sister, and I got pretty far along with my Valeera Sanguinar cosplay. All in all, a lot of stuff happened on the crafting front, but that’s not all – I have also almost finished a book on cosplay materials, which I’m hoping to release before the end of the year in both English and in Danish.

All in all, I’ve enjoyed the year, and I am excited to start the next one, in which I plan to finish Valeera and also get started on Mylune and maybe another blood elf. Who knows what the future will bring!

For now – I wish you all happy holidays and a great new year!
